The organizers of Chicago’s Lollapalooza have finally ended their love affair with Vanna White and come clean with with the lineup. As I reported months back, Soundgarden, Greenday, Lady Gaga, Arcade Fire, The Strokes and Phoenix will headline. MGMT, Hot Chip, The Black Keys, The National, Devo, Cut Copy, Erykah Badu, Grizzly Bear, Yeasayer, and The xx are just a sampling of what this year’s lineup has to offer.

This year’s lolla has many of solid acts, but it is severely lacking in the hip-hop department.
